Allan,
Per your request here is the recipe for the dark wheat ale brought to the Feb. 06 meeting:
Malts
Pale malt - 4 lbs
Wheat malt - 4 lbs
Honey malt - 1 lb
Chocolate malt - .5 lbs
Hops
Magnum - .35 oz 60 min (13.4 AA%) whole leaf
Cascade - .5 oz 10 min (5.7 AA%) whole leaf
Cascade - .5 oz 1 min (5.7 AA%) whole leaf
Treat M'boro City water with .5 Campden Tablet
Mash @ 150 degrees for 60 min
1 pack US-05 Yeast
OG - 1.051
FG - 1.009
IBUs - 33
SRM - 19
Primary for two weeks
2.5 Volume carbonation |
